Job DescriptionReporting to the Marketing Director, you will work in close collaboration across departments with ample chances to exercise your digital marketing and communications skills. The Marketing Coordinator will take the lead in go-to-market campaign execution as well as coordination for branding and sales enablement tool updates. This position will establish strong working relationships with commercial teams across the business to provide planning and tactical support while aligning with the company's brand positioning and marketing priorities.
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Tradeshow Coordination: Preparation, coordination, management of registrations, promotional items, and logistics for marketing events, trade shows, conferences and webinars. Focus on venue arrangements, budget tracking, materials preparation, vendor management, and lead generation campaign support.
Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
Membership/Sponsorship Management: Coordination and contract management of all commercial memberships and sponsorships including renewals, implementing all membership/sponsorship benefits, monitoring participation, ensuring the company is taking full advantage of opportunities offered by the organizations.
Content Creation: Help develop and manage content of external and internal marketing materials, including our sales enablement toolkit, facility audit packages, PowerPoint presentation libraries, and Brand Central.
Lead Subscription Coordination: Coordination, tracking, monitoring of all lead generation subscriptions and tools used by the commercial team to ensure full usage of systems and accuracy of information. Coordination and management of digital business cards ensuring brand standards, content accuracy, and lead generation benefits. Oversee the fulfillment of RCRA DOT online trainings available to customers – campaign management, tracking, reporting, vendor management.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project timelines, and managing marketing databases.
Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Salary: $54,000 - $62,000/ year
QualificationsBasic Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or related role.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools).
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical requirement: Able to lift 30-40 pounds (tradeshow boxes)
