Marketing Coordinator - Saturn Lounge - Kalmbach Media

Saturn Lounge, a division of Kalmbach Media Co., is a full-service creative marketing agency seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.

This position supports ongoing client accounts across a number of industries.

We are looking for an experienced marketing agency Marketing Coordinator with emphasis on digital experience. A marketing coordinator who loves to multi-task and enjoys a faced-paced environment - Someone who works well with peers, applies their experience in marketing to support the account team and keep client work moving.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• In this role you'll support the Account Team in daily deliverables, activities, budgets, and deadlines for digital, website, paid media, creative campaigns and individual client projects.
• Responsibilities include managing website development projects, paid media campaigns, social media, and other miscellaneous digital projects, testing, implementation.
• Other responsibilities include coordinating or participating in any phase of the project cycle, including client planning, design, development, documentation, and closure.
• Ensure project work is completed in a timely manner and managing workflow to meet project
• You will manage and/or support the development of project proposals/create project estimates, prepare meeting recaps, timelines, budgets, digital workflows, advertising, and media plans.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma; Some college preferred
• 2-3 years in a project coordinator role
• 1-3 years in a marketing agency environment
