Responsibilities:
Position Objective:
The Marketing Coordinator is an administrative role responsible for assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to promote our medical services and enhance our brand visibility. The incumbent will report to the Director of Marketing (or a similar role) and will be responsible for assisting our marketing efforts by collaborating with various teams, developing content, and utilizing project coordination to lead our initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and offline promotions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for various channels, such as website pages, blog posts, social media posts, and marketing collateral
- Support the planning and organization of events, workshops, seminars, and community outreach initiatives to engage patients and promote our services
- Assist with administrative duties, including maintaining marketing calendars, tracking budgets, and managing marketing materials inventory
- Collect and analyze data related to marketing campaigns, website traffic, and social media performance to provide insights for optimization
- Work closely with graphic designers, content creators, and external vendors to ensure consistent branding and timely execution of marketing materials
- Proofread and edit marketing content to ensure accuracy, adherence to brand guidelines, and clear communication of medical information
- Assist in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying trends to inform marketing strategies
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, metrics, and campaign outcomes for presentation to the marketing team and management
- Additional duties as assigned
Position Requirements/ Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field, preferred
- 1 + years experience in marketing coordination or related experience
- Basic understanding of marketing channels and content management systems
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for real-time collaboration
Physical Requirements:
- Requires standing, walking, pushing, bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and have own means of transportation
