4 Corner Resources is seeking a Marketing Database and Campaign Analytics Director for one of our timeshare clients. In this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing databases, generating targeted campaign audiences, and analyzing performance data to enhance campaign effectiveness across multiple channels.
Marketing Database & Campaign Analytics Director Responsibilities:
- Database Management: Ensure lead and customer databases are accurate and complete. Regularly update, clean, and optimize data across platforms like Livevox, GHL, Revinate, and other CRMs.
- Audience Analysis: Analyze data from leads, renters, and owners to uncover trends and insights. Use this data to develop detailed audience profiles for targeted marketing.
- Campaign Audience Generation: Work closely with marketing teams to segment audiences and create contact lists for campaigns. Align audience strategies with campaign goals to improve performance.
- Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, social media, email, and call centers.
- Data Interpretation: Use statistical methods and visualization tools to provide clear insights, helping optimize campaign strategies.
- Reporting: Create and present reports and dashboards that highlight key campaign metrics, trends, and areas for improvement to stakeholders.
- Tool Management: Manage analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau to track campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
- A/B Testing: Plan and run A/B tests to evaluate the success of different campaign elements and recommend improvements based on results.
Marketing Database & Campaign Additional Notes:
- Onsite role in Orlando or Myrtle Beach, SC.
- Compensation: $110k annually
