Marketing/Events Specialist - Luxury Bath Technologies

Our goal is simple, to beautify bathrooms across North America by manufacturing and installing attractive, durable and maintenance-free bath remodeling fixtures. We are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Specialist/Events Coordinator in the Vancouver, Washington market.

Job Description:

• Make our phone ring!
• Plan and execute a coordinated marketing plan
• Work with Sales Manager to understand and meet lead demand on a weekly basis
• Generate, confirm and disperse Leads
• Manage overall marketing budget and spend to maintain a 10% cost of marketing or less
• Negotiate and purchase media buys for TV, Radio, and News Paper
• Manage all Lead sources and vendors (to include but not limited to: Social media, PPC, Print, and TV)
• Work with Website developer to increase content and brand awareness
• Research and find Events and Shows within our assigned territory
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule Event Demonstrators
• Set appointments for a Free In-Home Consultation during and after the Events and Shows
• Measure and report results

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of Marketing experience
• Strong communications skills
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to coach, train and motivate others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be available to work weekends

Compensation is Performance Base (hourly, plus performance-based bonuses)
