During the 11-week program, interns create a true impact on our business by gaining hands-on experience in the field of business development, immersing themselves with our culture and working alongside team members. What you will do: Our Brand Marketing & Corporate Communication (BMCC) Internship challenges you to focus on enhancing our brand presence and communication strategies. Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to:Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand identity and reachAssist in creating and distributing content that engages our audience across multiple platformsConduct market research and analyze trends to inform strategic marketing decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignmentOwn and manage a project throughout the summer and present your experience, learning, and recommendations to key leaders#LI-PM1 RequirementsWho you are:Currently pursuing a bachelor's degreeCurious and eager to learn – you don’t need to be a marketing major to apply for this internshipPassionate about brand communication and marketing strategiesA proven leader with experience in clubs, athletics, projects, or student governmentActive in the community, giving back on campus, in your hometown, or on a global scaleInnovative, original, and creative in thinking; comfortable introducing new ideasSelf-driven with an entrepreneurial mindsetAfter the Internship:Scoular Pathways Program is a two-year development program that immerses new graduates in broad-based, accelerated learning, developed to drive profitability through diverse experiences, active networking, and ongoing education.? Throughout the two-year program, the participants meet quarterly at our three main corporate locations to network, hear from leaders in our organization and learn more about Scoular and the industry.?At the end of the program, participants will have a deep understanding of Scoular's business and how to own what’s possible.
