We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for the baseball/softball line of business. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of current marketing trends and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate with various teams.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, etc.).
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
- Partner internally on branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Manage the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from awareness through to conversion and retention.
- Develop and optimize customer touchpoints across all marketing channels.
- Manage the commercialization calendar, ensuring all marketing activities align with product launches, seasonal promotions, and corporate events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launch plans, including positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales tools and collateral.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep the company ahead in its marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in managing customer journeys or customer lifecycle management
- Track record of managing commercialization calendars or product launch timelines
- Experienced in human-centered design principles
- Ability to guide content creation in multiple channel business environments (video, podcast, blog, white paper, etc.)
- Experience with different content delivery channels (website, email, webinar, social, etc.)
- Track record with Digital Marketing, Social, Website analytics - understand to optimize plans
- Resourceful and empathetic problem-solver with good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to think both creatively and analytically
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and excellent organization skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural organization
