Summary:
Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager II to join their Marketing Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and delivering outbound marketing campaigns, with a focus on email marketing and push notifications. This role offers the opportunity to work on a global scale, collaborating with partners in 9 countries to drive marketing outcomes, enhance processes, and ensure compliance and quality.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute outbound marketing campaigns, including email and push notifications.
- Provide marketing support and project management for key initiatives within the outbound marketing operations roadmap.
- Develop marketing collateral and tools to support channel projects and processes.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, managing approvals and revisions as needed.
- Analyze and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities for campaign optimization and improved performance.
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, with relevant work experience.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably with a focus on email marketing using Pardot.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and that meet customer needs.
- Strong bias for action with a demonstrated track record of seeing projects through to completion and delivering results.
