We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and be the "Keeper of the Brand" at Kingdom Roofing Systems. This position plays a critical role in shaping and maintaining our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing efforts and communication. The Marketing Manager will work closely with other key internal stakeholders, as well as partners within Kingdom Roofing's parent company, Allstar Services.

Description of Duties:
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary occasionally.
Brand Management:
- Oversee and protect the integrity of the company's brand, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and positioning across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the company in the marketplace.
- Conduct regular brand audits to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
Budget Management:
- Develop, manage, and track the marketing budget, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and generate a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Make recommendations on how to allocate resources across campaigns and strategies, optimizing for the best financial performance while meeting marketing objectives.
Reputation Management:
- Oversee the company's online presence and manage its reputation across social media, review platforms, and other digital channels.
- Respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive customer relationships.
- Implement strategies to enhance and maintain a strong, positive reputation in the community and industry.
Vendor and Local Influencer Management:
- Partner and foster relationships with marketing vendors, media outlets, and local influencers to elevate the Kingdom Roofing Systems brand.
- Build and maintain partnerships with key influencers and community figures who align with the company's values and can help expand brand awareness.
- Help build and nurture connections with referral partners in industries/verticals where Kingdom Roofing Systems] can build mutually beneficial relationships.
Lead Intake and CRM Management:
- Oversee the lead intake process, ensuring a seamless flow of information from lead to appointment to sale.
- Manage the CRM system to track leads, monitor conversion rates, and analyze customer data for insights that can be used to improve marketing strategies.
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly, YTD, annual, and pacing reports to supervisors.
Support Content Creation:
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to create engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives, including social media pages, blog posts, videos, and other promotional materials.
- Assist in developing creative marketing campaigns to generate leads, engage audiences, and build customer loyalty.
- Utilize our first-party data to develop hyper-targeted campaigns across channels that speak to the unique aspects of the customer journey with Kingdom Roofing Systems.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in the construction sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Skills and Special Requirements:
- Must have excellent attention to detail, be organized, and be able to maintain deadlines and schedules for multiple projects and activities
- Self-starter, a fast learner, who can work with little supervision
- Requires a general knowledge or interest in the technical products and services offered by Kingdom Roofing Systems, and the ability to gather information from multiple sources to prepare marketing materials.
- The ability to use MS Office and other common computer applications is required (utilizing MAC or PC)
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks, and to be flexible in work assignments
- Safeguard and maintain possession of media equipment
Compensation & Benefits:
$50,000 - $65,000 based on experience and proven track record with benefits including:
