Marketing Manager, Distribution Marketing & Business Development
$65-$68/hr. W2
Fully Remote
Temp to Perm is TBD

We don't have official approval yet, but we do expect to get approval for a FTE, and that is the approach we are taking to this search. I'm looking for someone with long-term team potential.

- Someone with experience in a corporate large matrixed environment: Financial Services industry experience preferred. Experience with a similar company preferred.
- Marketing background
- Some experience with Financial Services products (insurance / securities financial products): Annuity exposure / knowledge strongly preferred (they don't need to be product experts but have a basic understanding)
- Strong project management skills, but from within a marketing team
- Technology experience preferred: Publisher, PPT, Office 365, Teams, Excel, Seismic, workflow systems (we use Aprimo but there are many similar platforms)
- Experience supporting a sales team (with marketing)
- Some longevity in their work experience (e.g., not changing jobs every year)
- Team-orientated, easy going, positive attitude essential
- Strong organization skills
