- We are seeking a candidate with experience in influencer marketing, specifically within the affiliate marketing space.
- The Influencer Program is a global leader in online marketing and one of the largest external paid traffic channels . This position will focus on identifying, engaging, and managing influencer partnerships to drive new Prime member sign-ups through the Influencer Program. This includes researching and vetting potential influencer partners, negotiating contracts, providing content guidance and training, overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, and tracking performance.

Responsibilities:
- Support execution of strategic creator partnerships including reach out, negotiation, contract/payment execution, content monitoring and reporting
- Utilize social media management tools and analytics platforms to Client prospective talent and track key performance metrics
- Educate influencers on affiliate marketing and best practices to help drive day-to-day business and program engagement
- Collaborate with influencer agencies
- Collaborate with the marketing team on building content inspiration and content briefs to drive influencer promotion
- Propose and execute tech-based solutions to streamline existing processes
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute on strategic initiatives
- Effectively manage communications with external creators and agencies
Education/Experience:
- 2+ years in influencer marketing or affiliate marketing
- 2+ years of cross functional experience working with multiple stakeholders
- 2+ years working with external partners
- Experience developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
