Marketing Manager, Stabilized Communities
The Marketing Manager for Stabilized Communities drives the marketing strategy and execution for Pointe Grand Apartment home stabilized residential communities. This role demands a creative and strategic thinker who can manage digital media, generate leads, and develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to attract and retain residents. The ideal candidate will excel in social media content creation, including photography, videography, and copywriting, while managing digital marketing efforts and supporting community managers in their marketing needs. This position is crucial in enhancing the community's online presence, increasing resident engagement, building a positive online reputation, and driving occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to stabilized communities to increase occupancy and resident retention.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the community's social media presence across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as appropriate.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and high-quality visual and written content for social media, including photography, videography, and copywriting that reflects the community's brand and values.
- Resident Engagement: Develop and execute programs, including events, newsletters, and digital communications, to enhance resident satisfaction and engagement.
- Advertising Campaigns: Work closely with the digital marketing team to plan and execute online and offline advertising campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and targeted social media ads.
- Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the community's brand and message.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitive analysis, and resident needs to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media performance, and resident engagement initiatives. Use data to optimize future strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the leasing team, property management, and corporate marketing to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
- Proven experience in marketing and social media management, with strong photography, videography, and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
