Marketing Operations Analyst
HYBRID 3x/week in Manhattan, NY | Long term contract (opportunities to extend or convert) | W2 only
Our client, a top Global Financial Services Company, is actively seeking to hire a Marketing Operations Analyst to their team. The Marketing Operations Analyst is responsible for submitting Marketing’s campaign assets through official review channels and working with key cross functional stakeholders to address feedback, resolve issues and receive approval to launch campaign assets compliantly in order to achieve Marketing and Financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end “execution” of Marketing campaigns (from submission to final approval) to launch marketing campaigns with flawless accuracy and on time
- Analyze data to identify opportunity areas and deliver recommendation
- Provide regular campaign status reports to Marketing Managers with actionable recommendations.
- Maintain relationships with external agencies from creative development to flawless execution
- Partner closely with Product Marketing Analysts and Channel Managers to understand overall Marketing & Channel strategies and capabilities, and the strategic rationale and aspirations for specific Marketing campaign
- Act as Primary Point of Contact with our Compliance and Legal partners as needed to drive adherence to all applicable rules and regulations
- Understand and know how to apply Marketing guidelines and standards
- Understand and apply all feedback from Marketing campaign review partners (e.g., Legal, Compliance); partner with Marketing Channel Teams and Marketing Execution & Enablement subject matter experts to align and resolve feedback in order to launch compliant campaigns that deliver against strategic objectives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing
- Campaign Execution Experience
- Exceptional project management – highly organized with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and initiatives with flawless execution
- Strong communication skills- outstanding written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset - Has the ability to get results through collaboration with key partners & collaborators.
- Strong analytical skills a+ – ability to draw insights and drive strategy; skills in PowerPoint and Excel with a proficiency in reporting
- Should be positive, have a growth mindset and a sense of humor!
