Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Freelancer Management
- Serve as the primary contact for client communications, ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Regularly meet with a team of seven freelancers to maintain collaboration and strong relationships.
- Project Coordination
- Manage both new and existing client contracts, keeping clients informed on invoices and deliverables.
- Oversee weekly project execution for four retainer clients, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Systems Improvement
- Enhance operational systems to streamline contract development, work-sharing, and team management.
- Mentorship & Support
- Engage in strategic planning sessions with the CEO, providing feedback on business performance and areas for improvement.
