Planet Interactive is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 9-month contract. This role will work 40 hours per week and will require this person to work a hybrid schedule, being onsite Tuesday to Thursday.
Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Own and drive execution of global validation for seasonal campaigns/promos; track progress and report on go-live readiness
- Manage vendor relationship, including project POs, invoices, resource allocation and project briefings
- Lead cross-functional forums to facilitate interdependent workflows
- Partner with cross-functional leads on validation lifecycle: review and correct source-of-truth validation documents, create radar test cases, screen and triage tickets, assist with content queries
- Understand how changes to marketing plans impact validation globally, re-assess readiness plans, and adapt approach as needed
- 5+ years global program/project management experience, driving interdependent processes
- Self-starter, able to operate with independence and be adaptable to work through ambiguity
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle overlapping schedules, time-sensitive tasks, priorities and deliverables across multiple work streams
- Process-centric, able to flex between high-level strategic thought and tactical execution with precision
- Strong cross-functional team player, able to influence key partners to drive complex projects against aggressive deadlines
- Proficient with Keynote and Numbers, experience with Radar a plus
- Campaign Deployment/Content QA/Content Release Management /Creative Global Production experience across multiple verticals, languages and countries
