Responsibilities of a Marketing and Sales Representative:
- Develop and maintain product, program, and service knowledge, and regularly review product lines for market needs and financial sales goals.
- Ensures localization and adaptation of the approach based on audience and geography
- Demonstrate and provide our customers with accurate product knowledge and information building a sense of trust with residential homeowners
- Meet with potential consumers, handle new inquiries, and establish new customer accounts by promoting new products and sales promotions
- Devising direct marketing campaigns with Account Managers in line with the organization’s marketing strategy
- Making sure all direct marketing falls within brand guidelines, representing our clients in a positive and professional light
Requirements of a Marketing and Sales Representative:
- Experience in a sales, marketing, or client-facing experience
- Associated or bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work effectively both in a team atmosphere and independently
- Professional grooming and demeanor
- Ability to develop strong relationships and influences in the community
- Demonstrates a clear and effective public speaking manner to explain information to customers and team
- Charismatic and personable demeanor with strong negotiating skills
