We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Applied Behavior Analyst Marketing
Specialist to join our team. As the Applied Behavior Analyst Marketing Specialist, you will be
responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to build relationships
with potential referrals and obtain client referrals. Your primary goal will be to increase brand
awareness, attract new clients, and support the growth of our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
services. This is a vital role that requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding
of behavior analysis principles, and a passion for helping individuals with behavioral challenges.
Compensation:
$40,000-$70,000 depending on experience.
Setting:
Hybrid Remote - 3 days a week onsite in multiple locations in the area, 2 days from home.
9:00AM-5:00PM
Responsibilities:
â— Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to generate leads and increase
client referrals for our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
â— Identify and build relationships with potential referral sources, including schools,
healthcare professionals, therapists, and community organizations, to raise awareness
of our ABA services.
â— Collaborate with the operation team to create compelling marketing materials, such as
brochures, presentations, and online content, that effectively communicate the
benefits and effectiveness of our ABA services.
â— Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential growth
opportunities within the ABA industry, particularly in new areas for clinic openings.
â— Launch targeted campaigns to promote new clinic openings and engage local
communities in the areas we serve and develop lead generation within the
communities.
â— Establish and maintain a strong network of contacts in the industry by attending
relevant conferences, workshops, and networking events. This includes events with
children.
â— Organize and collaborate with clinical team to conduct presentations, workshops, and
training sessions to educate potential referral sources on the principles and benefits of
ABA and our specialized services.
â— Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies,
campaigns, and outreach efforts, and make recommendations for improvements.
â— Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless transition for referred clients
and provide ongoing support and communication to referral sources.
â— Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices in marketing
and behavior analysis to continually enhance marketing strategies and effectiveness.
â— Conduct at least two travel days per month to visit referral sources in person,
strengthening relationships and generating leads in new areas.
â— Create a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly schedule to target market growth.
Weekly Tasks
1. Market Research:
â—‹ Analyze local market trends and identify potential referral sources for new
clinic openings.
â—‹ Review competitor marketing strategies and assess their effectiveness.
2. Relationship Building:
â—‹ Schedule and conduct follow-up calls or meetings with existing referral
sources to strengthen relationships.
â—‹ Reach out to at least three new potential referral sources (schools,
healthcare professionals, etc.) each week.
3. Daily Call Quota:
â—‹ Make a minimum of twenty calls and emails per day to potential or existing
referral sources to generate leads and foster relationships.
4. Campaign Management:
â—‹ Plan and execute ongoing marketing campaigns to promote ABA services
and upcoming clinic openings.
â—‹ Monitor and assess the performance of current campaigns, making
adjustments as needed.
5. Content Creation:
â—‹ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop or update marketing
materials, such as brochures and online content.
â—‹ Create social media posts or articles to engage the local community and
share success stories.
6. Networking:
â—‹ Attend at least one local networking event or community meeting each week
to promote ABA services and connect with potential partners.
â—‹ Engage with local community organizations to explore collaboration
opportunities.
7. Onsite Visits:
â—‹ Conduct two onsite visits each week to potential referral sources to
strengthen relationships and generate leads.
â—‹ Prepare materials and objectives for each visit to maximize effectiveness.
8. Presentations and Workshops:
â—‹ Prepare and deliver at least one presentation or workshop for potential
referral sources each week with collaboration and in accordance of
availability of clinical team.
â—‹ Gather feedback from participants to improve future educational sessions.
9. Data Analysis:
â—‹ Review weekly metrics related to lead generation and client referrals,
identifying trends and areas for improvement.
â—‹ Prepare a brief report summarizing marketing efforts and outcomes for the
week.
10. Collaboration with Clinical Team:
â—‹ Hold weekly check-ins with the clinical team to discuss new referrals and
ensure seamless transitions for clients.
â—‹ Share updates from referral sources to enhance collaboration and support.
11. Professional Development:
â—‹ Dedicate time to read industry articles or attend webinars to stay current on
marketing trends and behavior analysis best practices.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field to ABA or Marketing
2. At least one year of experience in the field of ABA, Sales or Marketing
3. Reliable means of transportation to travel daily to multiple locations
