The Marcom Specialist for Consumer Projectors will play a crucial role in managing relationships with influencers and media, designing online and offline creative campaigns, and driving brand messaging initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with experience in campaign management, event coordination, and data analysis to monitor performance metrics. A background in the gaming industry is preferred to strengthen brand relevance within the gaming community.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Influencer and Media Management
- Build relationships with media outlets and influencers, especially in the gaming and tech industries, to boost brand exposure and credibility
- Develop and execute influencer marketing plans that effectively promote projector products to target audiences
Creative Campaign and Branding Management
- Plan and manage branding message campaigns that resonate with gaming, home, and portable projector users, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across channels
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content that aligns with brand positioning and appeals to target segments
Event Planning and Execution
- Organize and coordinate brand events, including gaming expos, tech shows, and community events, to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement
- Manage event logistics, partnerships, and promotions, ensuring brand objectives and goals are aligned
Data Analysis and Performance Tracking
- Analyze campaign data and track performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing initiatives
- Collect and analyze data using Google Analytics 4 to identify trends and insights related to digital marketing campaigns on the website, including email marketing, CPC ads, organic search, and social media
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 2-4 years in marketing communications
- Experience in media and influence management, campaign management, and event coordination; experience in the gaming industry is preferred
- Contract negotiation with Influencers, media outlets, giveaway vendors, and booth builders
- Strength in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting; strong communication and organizational skills; creative and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in GA4, HubSpot, Google search console, and project management tools
- Strategic thinker, collaborative, data-driven, with a passion for gaming and consumer tech
Education:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Compensation:
Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus a bonus
