Digital Marketing Consultant
Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Consultant – Web Strategy and Experimentation will be responsible for assisting with the migration of public websites over to the Optimizely Digital Experience Platform and the adoption of advanced digital marketing capabilities such as experimentation and personalization. This includes designing, implementing, and analyzing web experiments, recommending personalization opportunities and assisting with the user acceptance testing process to optimize user experience and drive business growth on *** public facing web properties. This role requires a deep understanding of personalization, A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other web experiments to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Analyze test results using statistical methods to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement testing strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of web experiments.
- Assist with the user acceptance testing/QA for web pages being re-built in a new content management system as part of our website migration project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in web experimentation, A/B testing, or a related role.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web experimentation and optimization.
