About the Job
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Work closely with Marketing Leaders to support Valley's various lines of business and programs designed to grow and deepen relationships with our key consumer audiences.
* Assist in development and execution of actionable tactics that support marketing activities, including email, social, web, mobile, PR, sales collateral, etc.
* Assist in liaising with internal creative and content team members to develop and/or modify visual assets and copy as needed for sales support, product content and ad campaigns.
* Through project management, propose process improvements to ensure team efficiency in executing various campaigns and utilization of various platforms and dashboards.
* Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing, particularly within the banking and financial services sectors. Maintain a "library" of competitive campaigns and collateral.

* Willingness to present in front of groups or on video.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft SharePoint.
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite considered a plus.
* Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation and influencing skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
Required Experience:
* High School diploma or GED and a minimum 1 year of Marketing related experience OR a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations and completion of an internship in Marketing, Communication or Public Relations.
* Valid Driver's License.
