Marketing Specialist
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This role involves working closely with internal teams to drive targeted traffic to our website, generate leads for our communities, and enhance our brand's online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development & Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including search marketing, social media, paid advertising, and ILS media management.
- Lead Generation: Partner with internal teams to develop strategies aimed at generating high-quality leads for our communities, utilizing tools like SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Performance Tracking: Build, monitor, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using CRM data and analytics tools. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation, presenting data-driven insights to management.
- SEO & SEM Optimization: Assist in optimizing our website and online content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Director of Digital Marketing, graphic designer, and marketing managers, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and online campaign management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
