DESCRIPTION

Under the direction of department leadership, the Marketing Specialist II provides guidance to the Marketing Specialist I on all marketing projects and campaigns and is the liaison between marketing and internal and external clients on the development and execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and events. The Marketing Specialist II is responsible for tracking, updating, and reporting project status, and envisioning and preventing potential issues with marketing projects, to include providing real-time issue resolution to all aspects of work with printing, mailing, production, financial and delivery issues.

REQUIREMENTS

• Five (5) years of experience with leading projects within Marketing capacity as a marketing specialist or other comparable position

• Experience with business financial processes and procedures

• Superior customer service skills

• Exceptional organization skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power Point, project management software, Adobe Acrobat Pro

• Ability to envision a marketing project from inception to completion and identify and avoid potential issues before they arise
