Marshall Groundskeeper at ADECCO

Position Summary: The Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our outdoor areas, ensuring they remain attractive and functional year-round. This role includes tasks such as mowing, snow removal, landscaping, and general grounds maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
• Clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and parking lots during winter months.
• Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees through planting, pruning, and weeding.
• Operate and maintain various landscaping equipment, including mowers, blowers, and snow removal tools.
• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems, ensuring proper functioning and efficiency.
• Assist in seasonal landscaping projects and planting initiatives.
• Maintain safety standards and report any hazards or maintenance needs to management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve high standards of grounds maintenance.

Pay Details: $9.48 per hour
