Position Summary:
To provide the guest with a professional, friendly Spa experience.
Expected Contributions:
- Prepare Spa and service rooms at the start of each shift.
Provide professional and friendly massages and spa treatments following the procedures outlined in the Spa Manual and Missouri Board of Therapeutic Massage regulations.
- Be knowledgeable of retail products and attempt to sell and upsell products to guests.
Will be responsible for supply inventory control.
- Restock linens and product supplies at the end of each shift.
Post tickets, ring up purchases on POS system, answer phones and schedule spa appointments, between services, as needed.
- Will perform daily paperwork of spa transactions.
Make Spa Lead aware of any instances of guest dissatisfaction.
- Physical agility is a must.
Will perform other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must be a licensed massage therapist with the state of Missouri.
Other Skills and Abilities: The ability to work well with a team, to prioritize, a sense of urgency and a real concern for guest satisfaction.
Other Qualifications: Leadership qualities and previous training experience is desired.
