What You Will Do
As the Master Crew Scheduler, your primary responsibility is to develop and manage comprehensive schedules for construction projects. You will collaborate with various departments, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient resource allocation, timely project completion, and adherence to deadlines. This role will require a strong understanding of procurement, supply chain, logistics, construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex project timelines.

Responsibilities:Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate scheduling needs for various Construction Projects
- Ensure efficient use of resources and optimize scheduling processes
- Communicate effectively with team members to confirm availability and resolve conflicts
- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of schedules
- Reconcile project information using system outputs and scheduling meetings
- Generate and update reports to track efficiencies
- Data management duties include ensuring timely and accurate transmission of data between our ERP systems for drill inventory, crew counts, job completion information and schedule date changes, daily updates of the master, detailed crew and equipment schedules
- Translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and capacities into a production plan with a time-phased schedule
- Work with customer base to determine weekly inbound forecast and develop consumption models to improve accuracy
- Establish key performance indicators of forecast accuracy, ensure the interaction of a firm’s functional managers, track and maintain the forecast through timely and accurate feedback
- Assemble master schedule reporting regarding performance to the business plan and demand plan
- Provide input to finance on operating plans for the sales and operations planning
- Coordinate information with other functional staff, including project management, engineering, accounting, and human resources
- Establish reporting to determine labor and productivity performance statistics
Experience:
- Proven experience in scheduling or related field
- Experience in construction, logistics, procurement, supply chain and compliance strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills to analyze and assess scheduling needs
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members
- Proficient in using scheduling software tools, as well as new trend software tools to streamline existing processes
Salary range: $97,800 - $115,100 per year, with eligibility for a yearly bonus as well
This is a hybrid position based out of our Westminster, Colorado office. Our in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with other days available for remote work.
