About the Job
Manage customer and supplier data in the company's database and ERP system. Monitor and renew expired or expiring W-9s and make sure we maintain current records for the 1099 Process. Coordinate with sales, credit, and procurement teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance on all documents for files. Review and audit for missing data. Special projects – data clean-up and reviews for inactive customers and suppliers. Work closely with the Credit Team to assist with timely updates for terms and corporate credit nesting. Assist with 1099 reporting where needed. Review and validate sales tax exemption certificates from customers and enter in Avalara. Assist with monitoring and renewing expired or expiring certificates. Communicate with customers and sales teams to request or provide data and certificates. Support data audits and reviews.
