Position Summary: Seeking a skilled Master Journeyman Electrician with industrial experience to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring food safety, maintaining high-quality workmanship, and upholding our company values.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Food Safety Programs and GMPs in a food manufacturing environment.
- Ensure efficient and safe operation of electrical systems.
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Install, maintain, and inspect wiring and lighting systems.
- Use testing devices to identify electrical problems.
- Adhere to National Electric Code and local building regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Train and support new technicians.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Lead and plan project work, including parts ordering and vendor communication.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical processes following SOPs and GMPs.
- Manage PM programs for production packaging equipment.
- Handle multiple priorities, perform data entry, and maintain accurate work order documentation.
- Support capital investments with vendor coordination and training.
- Maintain professionalism with customers, employees, and vendors.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical or Electronics preferred.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
- 5-7 years of experience in Industrial Electrician roles; 8-10 years preferred.
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
