Master Journeymen Electrician at Adecco USA

Position Summary:  Seeking a skilled Master Journeyman Electrician with industrial experience to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring food safety, maintaining high-quality workmanship, and upholding our company values.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Food Safety Programs and GMPs in a food manufacturing environment.
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of electrical systems.
• Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Install, maintain, and inspect wiring and lighting systems.
• Use testing devices to identify electrical problems.
• Adhere to National Electric Code and local building regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Train and support new technicians.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Lead and plan project work, including parts ordering and vendor communication.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical processes following SOPs and GMPs.
• Manage PM programs for production packaging equipment.
• Handle multiple priorities, perform data entry, and maintain accurate work order documentation.
• Support capital investments with vendor coordination and training.
• Maintain professionalism with customers, employees, and vendors.

Essential Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical or Electronics preferred.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• 5-7 years of experience in Industrial Electrician roles; 8-10 years preferred.

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
