Description of the role:

As a Master Technician at Route 128 Honda, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance in diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering top-quality service and maintaining the dealership's high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Performing advanced diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify complex problems
• Repairing and maintaining vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards
• Providing accurate estimates for repair work and advising customers on necessary repairs
• Supervising and mentoring junior technicians
• Keeping up-to-date with latest automotive technology and attending training sessions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or master technician
• Expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and components
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• ASE certification preferred
