Location: Onalaska, WI
Hours: Monday - Thursday; 7:00am - 4:00pm, Friday; 7:00am - 1:00pm
Salary: Starting wage of $18.00/hour - $20.00/hour (dependent upon experience) with an additional wage differential of $4.75/hour; wage increase eligible twice annually

Purpose & Summary: The Scrap Specialist maintains all day-to-day Scrap Purchasing operations to include circuit board sorting and baling, general clean up, receiving inbound material, shipping outbound material, and building and maintaining a general knowledge of our materials and software systems. Day to day responsibilities may include:
- Sorting circuit boards
- Baling commodities
- Utilizing software systems to receive inbound material
- Shredding hard drives
- Performing general maintenance and upkeep of work environment including consolidating materials and sweeping
Requirements & Qualifications: To be eligible for the Scrap Specialist role, candidates must posses a high school diploma or equivalent. However, we do not require any prior related experience. Candidates who stand out for the crown may also have previous warehouse and/or production experience. Additional requirements include:
- Strong attention to detail
- Acceptable hand eye coordination
- Basic understanding and usage of hand tools
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity while not faltering on quality
- Ability to differentiate and spot different types of products
- Self-motivated and team player
- Ability to exert 50lbs of force frequently, and up to 75lbs occasionally
- Ability to be respirator fit tested
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks

Preferred qualifications: Forklift certification. Experience working in a warehouse operations environment. Experience working with electronics components.
