The Headlines :
In the role of Materials Planning Analyst working in Milwaukee WI you will be part of the Materials Planning Team. Youwillwork with peer group to develop and manage effective cross-functional processes, standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLA). Additionally, provide input to process development and implement best practices across our supply chain, specific to materials management
This position reports to Mgr. Material Planning and works closely with cross-functional teams.
The Responsibilities:
+ Develops materials planning process to support company’s promotional and packaging changes.
+ Supports Commodity leads.
+ Creates weekly / monthly material flows monitoring packaging promotions and runouts
+ Manages Promo / Packaging inventory across multiple breweries and warehouses, and execute runout of those materials to avoid obsolete material cost
+ Identifies and builds collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, both inside and outside of Integrated Supply Chain to including IBP, Marketing, Finance and Brewery Operations, Supply Planning and Customer Service.
+ Ability to organize large amounts of data in a meaningful and concise format
+ Ability to problem solve material shortages, and material runouts with support from Commodity Lead
+ Ability to navigate Business Objects to write and prepare required reports to support day to day activities
+ Demonstrates resilience and flexibility to manage strategic, situational, and tactical organizational challenges
The Other Qualifications:
+ You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Manufactoring or Business OR equivalent experience (5+ years) in the field of Supply Chain
+ You have at least 3 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain leadership experience
+ You have prior experience in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Forecasting, Sales & Consumer Good industries
+ You have experience working with Suppliers and developing/executing material plans
+ You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
+ You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
+ You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
+ You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
