- Cuts, trims, and prepares the meat for sale to customers.
- Receives and fulfills custom orders.
- Packages and displays of meat.
- Labels the custom meat price to indicate cut and other relevant information.
- Maintains the sharpness, cleanliness, and sterilization of knives and tools.
- Skillfully cut and prepare large or small meats like chicken, brisket, etc
- Greeted customers with energy and enthusiasm upon their entry.
- Communicate about the product & offerings' best qualities customers serve.
- Communicate with your co-workers, and help them if needed.
