Mechanical Designer (Solidworks) - 1st St. NW Technical Staffing

50+ year-old engineering/manufacturing company has an opening for a Mechanical Drafter / Designer.  Direct-hire position with outstanding benefits – includes profit sharing, generous 401K match, PTO, health/dental, and more!

Duties:

• Using Solidworks, prepare detailed drawings of machined components/parts used for industrial products
• Create assembly layouts
• Maintain a product database in company’s ERP system
• Assist in making dimensional calculations by following company’s standard procedures

Requirements:

• AAS in Drafting/Design (Mechanical Drafting / Design preferred)
• 4+ years of mechanical drafting/design experience
• Experience creating machined parts drawings
• Strong Solidworks skills
• Inventor experience a plus (but not required)
• Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing experience (GD&T)
• Epicor ERP experience a plus
• Employment stability
