You will be positioned to work with a product architect and cross discipline leaders to define the product baseline and lead your mechanical engineering team to progress products from initial concept through sustained production
As a manager, you will be responsible for developing your team and all aspects expected of a functional manager (career development, performance reviews, compensation planning, etc.)
Working with the Mechanical Engineering Director, you will be part of a small team to help drive consistency and execution across the overall organization
