Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Med Aide to join our team for 12-hour shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering medication to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policy. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Medication Aide
- Prior experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Administer medication to residents according to prescribed dosages and schedules
- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions to medication and report any concerns to the appropriate medical staff
- Maintain accurate medication records and documentation
- Assist in the ordering and storage of medications
- Follow all state regulations and company policies regarding medication administration
