Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: MED/SURG/TELE Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum years of experience not specified License: Registered Nurse License required Certifications: Not specified Must-Have: As soon as possible start needed, Manager interviews Job Description: - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg/Tele unit. - Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. - Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to construct personalized care plans. - Administer medications in a timely manner and observe patients for adverse reactions. - Record and monitor all vital signs and their variations. - Maintain accurate, detailed reports and notes for patient charts. - Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and post-hospitalization care. - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards. - Participate in orientation and ongoing training programs as required. - Maintain a clean and secure work environment for patients and staff.
