- Building and simplifying org hierarchy
- Building lookup tables
- Build new roles
- Maintaining survey technical spec documentation
- Using Conversations
- Integrations with other systems (Jira, Salesforce)
- Front-end Medallia experience, including:
- Building net new reporting in Medallia
- Understanding Medallia's modules and implement modules comfortably
- Troubleshooting reporting issues
- Adding new data to reporting
- Building text analytics topics
- Setting alerts / rapid response templates and implementation in Medallia
- Medallia Digital Experience
- Building surveys start to finish in digital
- Closed loop feedback in Digital
