Media Supervisor
Description

We're looking for a Media Buyer to oversee day-to-day activities, including campaign activation, monitoring and measurement. As Media Buyer, you will use data, insight and media buying savvy to scale media campaigns that help our clients accomplish critical business objectives. If you have experience in advertising, a desire to innovate and know what "CPM" means, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign results and maximize ROAS across paid social media channels (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Recommend and launch testing initiatives to improve performance KPIs e.g. offers, creative, and channel testing
- Respond to client emails and contribute to client reporting calls
- Establish regular communications with platform reps and share regular updates and recommendations on ad products and services
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce new campaign assets
- Stay abreast of new advertising platform capabilities, emerging channels, attribution ideologies and the like
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant work experience at an agency or on a marketing team
- Experience managing $50k+ in monthly media spend
- Baseline understanding of integrated media channel planning with an emphasis on performance marketing strategies across various channels (paid social, retail media, paid search, programmatic, and affiliate)
- Strong understanding of analytics and attribution platforms and capabilities (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, paid social platform CAPIs, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Curiosity and a clear desire to try new things

Compensation
- $50,000 - $60,000 per year commensurate with experience and location
