Busy and growing pulmonary and sleep medical practice looking for an individual who is organized, detail oriented, and resourceful. This new team member will be responsible for providing excellent patient care management by demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills. We take pride in providing quality care & service to patients in a respectful, professional setting.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Rooming patients and obtaining vitals/medical history
- Ordering/Following up on patient imaging, labs, DME, and any additional testing
- Scheduling appointments
- Prior-Authorization & insurance benefits verification
- Pulmonary Function Testing
- Maintaining patient exam rooms
- Answering phone calls and returning patient calls
- Reviewing faxes and addressing paperwork with the MD
- Travel between 2-3 offices to support providers
Candidate Must Demonstrate:
- Adherence to HIPAA
- Work in fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in duties
- Work independently and also as a team player
- Respect for others
Required Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills
- References who can attest to work ethic & dependability
- Customer service experience
