Critical Facilities/Maintenance Supervisor - Ichor Systems, Inc.

Overview

• Lead and supervise a team of CNC maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for CNC machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machine tools, including Fanuc, Haas, and Siemens controls.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues with CNC equipment and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
• Stay current with advancements in CNC technology and recommend upgrades or modifications to improve machine performance.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance activities.
• Provide technical support and assistance to production staff in operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery, particularly those controlled by Fanuc, Haas, and Siemens systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems used in CNC equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to maintenance emergencies outside of regular business hours, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience implementing predictive maintenance strategies and condition monitoring techniques.

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED required or associate degree or certification in CNC machining, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry.
• Analytical and quantitative approach to problem solving.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $96,300-$163,700 salary. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
