(Workers Compensation)

Description
Excellent opportunity for a a highly motivated lien negotiator and assistant for our workers compensation dispute resolution team, working on-site in Simi Valley, CA. 

• Assists Dispute Resolution team members by creating plans of action and status reports
• Contacts providers to obtain bills and medical reports
• Review and summarize medical reports
• Analyze and develop legal arguments
• Telephone negotiations with providers
• Communicate professionally with clients and providers
• Manage account inventory

Requirements

• Candidates must have a minimum of one year experience in bill negotiations for California workers' compensation claims.
• IEA certificate or California Certificate of Self Insurance a plus.
• Knowledge of the California Labor Code statutes, Rules and Regulations, case law, and California workers' compensation fee schedules.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Enjoy working within a team setting.
