Our client is a rapidly growing National Specialty Home Infusion Pharmacy specializing in IVIG, Biologics, Oncolytics, and TPN therapy.  They have been on the Inc 5000 list for 4 years straight, and are credentialed with URAC, ACHC, Legit Script, NABP, for various services.  They are operating in 44 states and have many infusion centers throughout the United States.

Duties  

• Responsible for ensuring proper and efficient billing prescriptions, IVIG and other biologics to all Major Medical payers, including out-of-network health plans for Home Infusion and Specialty product lines
• Ensures the accuracy of their work and that performance goals are met.
• Provides assistance in resolving billing challenges and adheres to all regulatory and payer guidelines for billing
• Interfaces with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best patient experience in the most efficient manner.
• Ensures that all HIPAA, policies/procedures, and compliance requirements are met within the role

Requirements

• Minimum (5) years of current Specialty Pharmacy billing experience
• Proficiency in billing IVIG and other biologics required
• Experience billing out-of-network health plan payors is required
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with CPR+ billing software required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
