Medical Call Center Representative - TEKsystems

NOW HIRING - CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE for a top third party healthcare organization

FULL TIME 40 hr work week

Weekly pay & benefits provided

FIRST SHIFTS AND SECOND SHIFTS AVAILABLEA- includes Saturday or Sunday shift!

ON SITE BOSTON, MA

-handle high volume 1800 calls from patients of local hopsitals and clinics

-navigate dual computer monitors

-update patient information in computer system

-answer general inquiries, schedule/reschedule appointments, transfer calls as needed

*must have 1+ years of prior call center/CSR experience

*healthcare experience a plus!
