Medical Receptionist, Bilingual Spanish Speaking - Sovereign Medical Group, LLC

Sovereign Medical Group has a full-time opportunity for an experienced bilingual Spanish speaking medical receptionist.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Welcomes patients upon their arrival.
• Registration of patient’s information; data entry of basic demographics and insurance information.
• Verify eligibility of patient’s insurance.
• Schedule’s appointments.
• Answer phones.
• Precertification of medical services.

Experience / Skills:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Prior medical office and EMR experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
• Positive and professional attitude.
