As a Director of Medical Records you are instrumental in ensuring our residents’ medical records are accurate and up to date. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Palos Heights by securely and confidentially maintaining health records of our residents, handling requests for residents of medical records and ensuring resident medical records are given to authorized personnel internally and externally. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of experience in an administrative or recordkeeping role. Prior experience as a Director of Medical Records and/or two (2) years of relevant experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
