Medical Records Retrieval Specialist Hybrid NOT FULLY REMOTE - TEKsystems

Qualifications Needed to Apply:

• BrightTree or Epic experience

• 2-5 Years of medical records retrieval experience (not call center related).

• Ability and experience to impact 100 patient ques/orders daily.

• Someone who has made outbound calls to doctors, hospital facilities, and other medical facilities to retrieve medical records, NOT looking for applicants who have experience receiving or sending medical records.

• Ability to adhere to the schedule without accommodations.

• Communicate effectively with customers and employees at all levels of organization.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamically changing organization.

• Attention to detail is required.

• Ability to work across multiple complex systems and tasks and the ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.

• Effective conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion and judgement.

Work Environment:

• Monday-Friday

• 8am-5pm

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Onsite

• Tuesday and Friday 8am-5pm

• $18-$25/hour (depending on experience)

• Team of 10

Description:

The Billing Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring orders are tasked appropriately between different systems. A Billing Support Specialist determines where orders must be tasked to ensure necessary assignment for next steps is completed. The Billing Support Specialist is designed to streamline patient orders to avoid any unnecessary delays. You will be making outbound calls to physicians, hospitals, and clinics to retrieve medical records.
