To thrive as a Full-Time Medical Wellness Technician - Lead at SiteMed, you will need a unique blend of leadership, operational expertise, and communication prowess. Proven experience in managing medical tech teams is essential, as you will be responsible for facilitating efficient operations and overseeing local logistics. Your ability to maintain adherence to safety and compliance standards is crucial, ensuring that equipment protocols are followed rigorously. Consistent communication with the Operations Director will be vital, allowing you to address team progress, challenges, and operational needs effectively.
Additionally, fostering team development through training new staff and enhancing skill sets will be part of your role. Comfort with extended travel and overnight stays is necessary, along with a willingness to learn new equipment and processes specific to SiteMed. A background in medical procedures, particularly involving Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT) and EKG, will enhance your ability to lead your team to success. Passing background checks is also required for this impactful position!
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
Lead/manage medical tech teams
Facilitating efficient operations
Oversee local logistics
Maintain and ensure adherence to equipment protocols safety and compliance standards.
Communicate consistently with the Operations Director on team progress challenges and operational needs
Develop team skills assist in training new staff and ensure a high level of service delivery
Proven experience in managing teams and operational planning
Comfortable with extended travel and overnight stays
Open to learning new equipment and processes specific to SiteMed
Background in medical procedures preferred particularly with PFT (Pulmonary Function Tests) and EKG
Must pass background checks
