Job Details
Medical Billing Specialist
- Reports to the Billing Manager and will work alongside 4 other Medical Billers.
- Must be familiar with Medicare billing including co-insurance.
- A self-starter and goal-oriented are important characteristics we look for.
- The individual would be doing Medicare billing for our nearly 100 bed Skilled Nursing Facility.
- This position would be mainly Medicare, but there will be other billings required for other payor sources such as Medicare Co-Insurance Private Pay and back up for Medicaid.
- We use PointClickCare for our all of our facilities, so it’s a plus if you have this experience.
- 1M to 1.3M depending on the month for the SNF, which is the business line we would have this person collecting for.
