What You’ll Do:

• Manage medications like a boss, following doctors' orders and state regulations.
• Keep a close eye on how residents react to their medicine and make accurate notes.
• Lend a helping hand with daily activities, such as bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Use your excellent communication skills to chat with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Keep accurate records of the awesome care you provide to our residents.
• Be a part of care planning to ensure our residents are taken care of from head to toe.
• Always treat our residents with respect, ensuring they’re safe and sound.

What You Bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent—you’ve got the basics covered.
• Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program.
• Certification as a Medication Aide - QMA in the state of Indiana.
• Previous healthcare experience—you’re awesome, and we want to see that experience in action.
