Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Member Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a solid background in cash handling, and general office experience. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to our members, managing financial transactions accurately, and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist members with inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and providing information on products and services.
- Cash Handling: Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers while maintaining accuracy and following security protocols.
- Account Management: Open and maintain member accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Problem Solving: Address member concerns and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Office Administration: Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company services, programs, and promotions, providing accurate and useful information to members.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive and seamless member experience.
- Compliance: Follow all company policies and procedures, including adherence to financial regulations and privacy laws.
