Member Services Associate - YMCA of Greater Richmond

The Powhatan YMCA is currently seeking part time, personable Member Service Associates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members. This part-time position starts at $12 per hour.

Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting members, processing memberships and completing program registrations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or GED and be 18 years old or older.
